Merchant Hero
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Expert who can help us maintain a high level of personalized service to our clients. You should have extensive experience working in Shopify and the app ecosystem (Rebuy, Klaviyo, Okendo, etc.)You will work with other team specialists (UI/UX Designers, Developers, Paid Media, Email) and report directly to the agency co-founder.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with Pacific IQ and your assigned merchants
- Promptly respond to all merchant requests- Facilitate weekly, and bi-weekly calls with merchants to discuss open issues and provide updates on work in progress
- Resolve any requests/issues yourself within your skill set
- Delegate relevant requests to our broader team and manage each request through to completion
- Proactively seek out opportunities to help drive sales and/or profit (through operational efficiencies)

Mentorship by the co-founder and access to other merchant heroes within the company.
Ongoing training and development for Shopify and the App ecosystem as required.
This job is completely flexible on a time-of-day basis. Our only firm requirement is same business day support to clients.
Experience
- Experience managing high-volume Shopify stores (brand side) or experience working for another agency in a similar role
- Experience managing projects through to completion using project management tools
Employment type
This is a 100% remote position available to anyone in the US who can start with 2-4 hours per day, 5 days per week.You will be considered a subcontractor so please be aware there are no additional benefits associated with this role and you will be responsible for all tax obligations.
